Collecting and Tracking Your Personal Information
We will ask you when we require information personally identifying you
(personal information) or information that would allow us to contact
you.
If you are a client of Fox Technology Group, Inc., you will
automatically be provided a login and password for use with protected
areas of FTG web services. This includes: online bill payment, email,
secure server access, website statistics, etc. Visit the Client Support
Center to update your personal information. You can find your login
information on any of your invoices or statements in the top right
corner.
To ensure we are publishing content customers need and want, foxtg.com
collects aggregated site-visitation statistics using server-side logs.
We do not track individuals' use of the site.
Use of your Personal Information
We use your personal information for four primary purposes:
- To make the site easier for you to use by not making you enter
your personal information more than once.
- To help you request FTG services or changes in your FTG provided
services.
- To help us create and deliver content most relevant to you.
- To allow you the availability pay your outstanding balances and
view account information.

without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith
belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of
the law or comply with legal process served on Fox Technology Group,

urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Fox
Technology Group, Inc., its Web sites, or the public.
Control of your Personal Information
When you register, or otherwise give us personal information, Fox
Technology Group, Inc. will not share your information with third
parties without your permission, other than for the limited exceptions
already listed. It will only be used for the purposes stated above.
In order to assure you are always up to date with the latest prices,
services, and information, Fox Technology Group, Inc. will occasionally
send out email and U.S. mail newsletters. You may unsubscribe from these
notifications through your Client Support Center and establish your
preferences in the Contact Options sections. There, you can decide what
information you want to receive and how you want to receive it. Or you
can request we not contact you.
Fox Technology Group, Inc. may send out periodic e-mails informing you
of technical service issues related to a product or service you
requested. You will not be able to unsubscribe to these mailings, as
they are considered an essential part of the service you have chosen.
Access to your Personal Information
We will provide you with the means to ensure your personal information
is correct and current. You may review and update this information at
any time in the Client Support Center.
Security of your Personal Information
Fox Technology Group, Inc. strictly protects the security of your
personal information and honors your choices for its intended use. We
carefully protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or
disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Your personal information is never shared outside the company without
your permission, except under conditions explained above. Inside the
company, data is stored in password-controlled servers with limited
access. Your information may be stored and
processed in the United States or any other country where Fox Technology
Group, Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliates or agents are located.
You also have a significant role in protecting your information. No one
can see or edit your personal information without knowing your Login
Name and Personal Identification Number (PIN). Do not share these with
others.

Use of Cookies
Fox Technology Group, Inc. assigns a Login Name and PIN to every
customer. When you login, this information is sent to your computer in
the form of a small text file, called a "cookie." The use of this cookie
allows you to visit the Client Support Center as well as this site.
If you choose to not have your browser accept cookies from the foxtg.com
website and Client Center, you will be able to view the text on the
screens, however you will not experience a personalized visit, nor will
you be able to enter the secure Client Center.
