Merger Press Release

Effective 1 August 2004, Artworx Innovations, Internet development and programming; Yang Systems, software consultation and development; M&B Consulting, technology advisors; and FoxHost.net, Internet hosting; merged to create the Fox Technology Group, Inc.

Merging allows the three companies to play upon each individual’s strengths and talents and allows us to serve existing clients with an unmatched level of quality services and products. The merger has also allowed us to hire a number of additional graphic designers, server technicians, and software engineers, which will aide in reducing project development and design times. As with any change, there will be an adjustment period for both clients and staff, but the end result: improved client support, a more comprehensive service list, and enhanced technical resources, will be well-worth the change. We continue to grow in order to better serve you, and whether you originally come from Artworx, Yang Systems, M&B, or FoxHost, all of us together would like to welcome you to the Fox Technology Group.
